About AEM

Toronto Metropolitan University uses a web content management system called Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). AEM is used to create, edit, manage and publish digital content on torontomu.ca websites. AEM is managed and supported by Digital Publishing, CCS.   

AEM is a simple drag and drop Content Management System (CMS) that allows a user without technical knowledge to manage, update and maintain a website. There is no need to code and no HTML experience is necessary. 

As long as you have a browser and an internet connection, you can login and edit your site anywhere using TMU-VPN and your Toronto Met ID.

Building a site in AEM is a process that must be initiated by contacting Digital Publishing, CCS.  To request a new website, please visit the Help section.

All new websites on must adhere to the Toronto Met Web Style Guide.
