
Darla Campbell
Darla Campbell, PEng, brings 28 years of experience in infrastructure design, construction, operation and maintenance. Darla’s career spans engineering consulting, the Ontario Clean Water Agency and Suez - an international water company. She was most recently the Executive Director of the Ontario Coalition for Sustainable Infrastructure (OCSI) and today she leads Sustainability and Asset Management for Dillon Consulting Limited.
In her role with OCSI she helped advance sustainable infrastructure by focusing on innovation in municipal procurement, sustainable funding, and communication to convey the value of infrastructure and asset management. Darla was appointed to the expert advisory panel to advise the Ministry of Infrastructure on the development of a new regulation for municipal asset management planning. A speaker at various conferences across the country on climate change and municipal infrastructure, Darla is adamant that strategic thinking and public engagement are essential in solving the infrastructure deficit.
