Launch of new Sculpture Projects EP with David Gauntlett and Ashley Jane Lewis

David Gauntlett says: "I started making music a few years ago, in order to do an unfamiliar creative practice, to see what would happen, and in a way to experience the happiness but also anxiety of doing a personal expressive thing and sharing it with others. In fact I also wrote it into my Canada Research Chair application, which means I am contractually obliged to make and release music as one part of my job (!)".

The latest product of this work is a new 4-track release, 'Everybody should be able to be whoever they want to be EP', which will be launched on Thursday 24 October 2024 at an event in the Catalyst at 1.00pm. Everyone is welcome. David says: "I am honoured that Ashley Jane Lewis has said that she will be 'in conversation' with me, in the Catalyst main space, about the music and any other topics, and there will be free food and drink. I would love to see you there!"
