Junior Fellowship Program
Each term the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre invites applicants from within TRSM's MBA and MScM programs to join the Centre's Junior Fellowship Program.
Students accepted into the program become Junior Fellows of the Centre, and have an exceptional opportunity to work on honing their leadership skills. Junior Fellows participate in a range of activities including executive luncheons and our Dare to Lead Program. Each Junior Fellow is assigned an Executive Mentor.
Alexandra Coros
Alexandra Coros is a part-time student in the MBA-MTI program, specializing in business analytics. She is currently working as a Senior Project Analyst at the University Health Network, and is interested in pursing a career in management consulting.
Christina Ma
Christina Ma is a full-time student in the MBA-MTI program. She most recently worked at HealthForceOntario as an Operations Coordinator. She is interested in returning to the healthcare industry or exploring new career opportunities in consulting.
Eric Vanderbeek
Eric is a full-time student in the MBA-MTI Program. He most recently worked for EY Canada and is interested in moving into the world of IT Consulting.
Inioluwa Bankole
Inioluwa Bankole is a full-time student in the MSCM Human Resources Management program. She recently worked for various non-profits organizations in Canada. She is interested in HR consulting and immigrant integration.
Ji Sub (Jake) Kang
Jake is a full-time MBA student specializing in the Management of Technology and Innovation with a background in process and product engineering in multiple industry sectors. He is a result-oriented, analytical problem-solver and a multicultural team player, looking to get into the world of business analytics.
Michael Clarke
Michael Clarke is a full-time student in the MBA MTI program. He most recently worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and hopes secure a business analyst position.
Rijuta Menon
Rijuta Menon is a full-time student in the MScM program. She comes from an intensive background working in the fields of both social services and mental health, and is interested to gain management experience in healthcare.

Samira Madani is a full-time student in the MBA MTI program. She most recently worked at Nine West Canada as Inventory analyst and is interested in moving into the world of technology services.

Sameera Hassan
Sameera Hassan is a full-time MScM- Accounting student, currently completing her thesis on “Non-IFRS measures: Evidence from Canada”. She has work experience as an Investment banker with HSBC and as an Adjunct Lecturer at Queen’s Smith School of Business.
Alec Barratt
Alec Barratt is a full-time student in the MBA-MTI program. He most recently worked as a management consultant in Ottawa, focusing on risk management and advisory. He is looking to return to the consulting industry with a new perspective.
Alison Hunt
Alison Hunt is a full-time student in the MBA-MTI program. Originally from Ottawa, she moved to complete her undergraduate degree in Theatre & Drama Studies at the University of Toronto. She has experience in marketing and is interested in pursuing a career in the media industry.
Carla Faigmane
Carla Faigmane is a full-time student in the MBA program. She is an internationally trained Certified Public Accountant with over five years experience in financial planning and analysis with global consumer goods brands. She plans to stay in the field of corporate finance and build on her previous experience to be a more holistic finance business partner.

Chris is a full-time student in the MBA-MTI program. He has experience working in the financial and mining industries and is exploring opportunities in tech consulting.
Cristina Mazza
Cristina Mazza is a full-time student in the Master of Science in Management program, specializing in Entrepreneurship & Strategy. With a background in energy systems engineering, she hopes to leverage her research in sustainability for a career for a career in clean energy strategy and innovation.

Erina Shirai is a full time international student in the MScM program and has most recently worked at AIG as a corporate planning analyst. She is passionate to pursue a career that merges diversity with innovation and entrepreneurship.
Irene Li
Irene Li is a part-time student in the MBA-MTI program. She holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) designation and is currently a Business Controller for an engineering solutions company. Irene is eager to build upon her leadership skills to positively impact performance within her organization.
Ishani Sharma
Ishani Sharma is a full-time student in the MBA program. She most recently worked at Deloitte in the Audit practice and is interested in exploring career options in management consulting.
Julian Legrand
Julian Legrand has recently moved from the part-time MBA program to the full-time one. After gaining some international experience in digital marketing, Julian has returned to Toronto to complete his MBA and return to the industry with fresh eyes.
Mahendra Vemula
Mahendra Vemula is a full-time student in the MBA/Management in Technology and Innovation program with an emphasis on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. He holds a previous Masters in Engineering, 6+ years of global experience in developing software solutions for businesses and is passionate about finding revenue driven business solutions through analytics.

Nataly Rico has been an entrepreneur for the past 8 years in Venezuela. She currently joined the MBA Management of Technology and Innovation program to integrate her practical background with a learning and academic experience. She is interested in data analytics, e-commerce and in creating business solutions that integrate sustainability.
Nikita Wagh
Nikita Wagh is a full-time student in the MBA program. She has co-founded a Digital Marketing company and has worked for 6+ years as a global digital marketing specialist. She aims to leverage her analytical skills into a career in digital marketing strategy in Toronto.
Pedro Borstelmann
Pedro Borstelmann is a full-time student in the MBA Program and President of the MBA SA 2017/2018. He has worked for 14+ years as Founder and General Manager of a Health Franchising Chain in Brazil, and as a Marketing and Sales Manager in Telefonica Mobile. He hopes to use his leadership skills to build and develop new businesses units in Canada.
Sarah Kelly
Sarah Kelly is a full-time student in the Ted Rogers MBA MTI program. She most recently worked as an Employee Benefits Manager at a local group benefits firm, is looking to leverage those skills into a career within the healthcare or consulting industries.
Theeban Pathmanathan
Theeban Pathmanathan is a part-time student in the MBA-MTI program. Theeban comes with a wide range of experiences from operating his own print and IT business to providing advice to post secondary students, first time home buyers, and real estate investors. He is currently employed as a Project Lead with the Ted Rogers School of Management where he is responsible for implementing software to manage co-op records. Theeban has a keen interest in Product Management, Real Estate Finance, and Entrepreneurship.

Victoria Marroccoli is a full-time student in the MBA - Management in Technology and Innovation program. She most recently worked in trade marketing and business development in the consumer packaged goods/food industry. She is looking to leverage her strong leadership and communication skills to embrace an innovative and results-oriented environment.
