We are very excited to be able to participate in Toronto Metropolitan University’s Law & Business Clinic. As a new boutique corporate law firm founded by Bay Street lawyers, we strongly believe in the importance of mentoring students and giving back to our community whenever and wherever we can. We work with start-ups on a regular basis in all legal related aspects of development and as a start-up ourselves, it is incredibly rewarding and energizing to be involved with the Clinic.  We appreciate the confidence that the Clinic has afforded us and look forward to continuing to work with students and businesses in this important initiative.
