A very big thank you to the Law and Business Clinic for their help kick-starting my fashion accessory business. What an amazing learning opportunity for the students at Ted Rogers School of Management – having been able to tap into the young minds in a mutually beneficial way was an amazing experience. My team of students (Jordan, Diana and Navreen) and legal supervisor from Fogler, Rubinoff LLP (Rick) were professional, thorough, and very organized.

The team really took the time to understand my business and made relevant suggestions based on my needs and timeline. In a matter of months, they were able to incorporate my business, draft a comprehensive non-disclosure agreement, and provide an in-depth review of Kickstarter. I now feel confident having conversations with others in the community about my business and the direction that I will be taking in the coming months/year. I cannot recommend the clinic enough and I wish the program continued success!
