What we do
The Law & Business Clinic provides free legal services in a variety of business law matters to entrepreneurs and small businesses that cannot afford to retain a lawyer. If you are a current Toronto Metropolitan University student, Chang School learner or affiliated with one of the university's learning zones (such as the DMZ), and plan to start up a business or have started a small business, you may be eligible for this program. Clients outside of Toronto Metropolitan University may be eligible subject to assessment.

As a client, the Clinic will provide you with free legal services. If you are qualified, please contact us and fill in the application form today.
For lawyers
As a lawyer, the Clinic will allow you to expand your network and will offer more training and pro bono opportunities for your associates and partners.
For students
As a Law and Business student, the clinic will provide you with ample opportunities to develop a variety of essential skills and to gain valuable practical experience and exposure to the legal profession.
