Reciprocate

Giving back is an essential part of our commitment to empower students and build community capacity. Through various educational and peer support services, external partnerships with Black, Indigenous and racialized-led organizations, faculty, staff, students and alumni positively contribute to strengthening their communities.

Supports and resources for students

We have extraordinary student resources and support available at the Ted Rogers School of Management.

The Program Advising and Student Success (PASS) office offers academic advising, course tutoring, writing and language support along with learning resources and academic skills workshops. It is designed to support students develop and grow their academic careers.

The Fit for Business (FFB) program is designed for first-year students, to empower them with community and set them on a path to achieve academic, career and personal success. Through FFB’s TedPacks, which are small groups of about 45 first-year students that all share the same class schedule, students have the opportunity to connect with a network of their peers and gain leadership experience.

Removing barriers

By ensuring that facilities, support services, campus and curriculum are inclusive, Ted Rogers School fosters an equitable environment. This commitment promotes diversity and enriches the learning experience.

Programs are also adapting to boost access for all. For example, undergraduate alumni are now eligible to apply to the Ted Rogers MBA without submitting a GMAT score, given they meet all other admission requirements. The MBA has also seen a 10 per cent increase in women in the program over the last four years.

Prior to the 2022-2023 academic year, admissions to the PMDiploma Program were restricted to only Ted Rogers School graduates majoring in Accounting. However, the program has become more inclusive and students from outside of the Ted Rogers School are eligible to apply to the PMDiploma program if they meet the admission criteria. In effect, new Canadians and other marginalized groups who may not have studied accounting in Canada, now have the opportunity to advance their career in professional accounting.

Empower student success at Ted Rogers School with academic resources, inclusive programs and diverse student groups. Join us in fostering equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility for a brighter future.
