Top Co-op Employer Awards
Introducing the Top Co-op Employer Awards: Shaping the leaders of tomorrow!
In 2024, the Ted Rogers School of Management proudly unveiled its Top Co-op Employer Awards—a dynamic annual celebration of the organizations fuelling the success of tomorrow’s leaders. These awards spotlight the remarkable companies that have gone above and beyond to empower Ted Rogers Co-op students with real-world, career-defining opportunities.
Thanks to our incredible employer partners, the largest business co-op program in Canada has put an astonishing $160 million* into the hands of students. Drawing from student work terms, evaluations and insights from our employer partnership team, we've identified a select group of top co-op employers making a true difference.
In this inaugural year, we’re also celebrating our Top Legacy Employers—those who have stood by us from the beginning of the Ted Rogers Co-op program, each hiring students into over 100 co-op work terms and continuing to shape the future of business in Canada.
