Kind Karma Company aims to provide a unique employment opportunity for at-risk and transitioning homeless youth by employing them to handcraft quality jewelry. More recently, we have also employed high-barriered youth in roles through various departments of the company such as sales and marketing. We hope this will provide them with the experience to move forward in a fulfilling career path and enable them to learn and develop skills in a practical and safe environment. All youths are paid an hourly wage and the company also returns proceeds to employees to help them towards their identified, individual goals.
