How Our Groups Can Help Your Students
You are probably aware of our individual counselling services but did you know we offer a wide range of group programs as well? Oftentimes addressing problems and challenges in a group format can be preferable over individual therapy as it eases isolation, helps to normalize experiences, and offers the opportunity for mutual support. The following may help you to make an appropriate referral based on issues your students may present (or which you may observe) in class, in your office, or on-line.
