Important Mid-Year Break Updates

With final exams just around the corner, we know this is a busy and important time for you. The ServiceHub wishes you focus, confidence, and success on your exams and final assignments. As you wrap up the fall 2024 term, we also want to help you plan ahead for the winter semester and share some important updates.

Fall Term Grades

• Unofficial Grades and Academic Standings: Available on MyServiceHub on Friday, December 20, 2024.
• Official Grades and Academic Standings: Available on MyServiceHub (and official transcripts) on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

Winter Course Enrolment

• Course schedules: Your winter term course schedules are now available on MyServiceHub. While we make every effort to schedule your selected course intentions, there are occasions when your selections cannot be accommodated. See reasons why course intentions did not result in course enrolment. You will have an opportunity to add courses and adjust your schedule during the course enrolment period.
• Enrolment dates and info: Check the Course Enrolment page for your enrolment dates and important course enrolment information. You can confirm your specific priority enrolment start dates in the Enrolment Dates section of the Student Center on MyServiceHub. Note that priority enrolment dates are only assigned to returning students who have participated in course intentions. 
• Not planning to continue? If your plans have changed and you no longer intend to study at TMU for the winter term, make sure you withdraw from your program/courses by the full refund deadline to avoid any academic or financial consequences. OSAP

• Winter 2025 OSAP Confirmation of Enrolment: OSAP confirmation of enrolments for the winter 2025 semester will begin when classes resume in January and continue throughout the month. To avoid delays, be sure to upload any required documentation and finalize your course enrolments as soon as possible.

Mid-Year Break

• University closure: Toronto Metropolitan University will close at the end of the day on Friday, December 20, 2024, and will reopen on Monday, January 6, 2025. During this time, ServiceHub support and program advisors will not be available.
