Mark Bishop

Mark Bishop is a passionate entrepreneur who co-founded marblemedia with Matthew Hornburg in 2001 and now serves as Co-President of Blue Ant Studios. Bishop oversees the growth and management of all divisional and corporate undertakings including international sales (Distribution360), finance and digital media. He has executive produced award-winning programs such as Hi Opie! and Splatalot.

Bishop is an advocate for the independent production screen-based media industries, serving as vice chair of the Board for the Canadian Media Production Association (CMPA), former chair and Executive Board Committee member of Interactive Ontario, and co-chair of the IDM Digital Working Group for the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport. He also lends his time as a guest lecturer and curriculum advisor to a number of universities and colleges. Bishop is also a partner and digital lead of Amazement Parks Canada (marbleLIVE), a company that develops next generation family water parks with digital media at its core.
