It is my pleasure as Chair of the Retail Advisory Council here at Toronto Metropolitan University to welcome our new and returning students to the Ted Rogers School of Retail.

The retail journey is a life long path of exploration into how customers want and buy.

It is often said "the common denominator in the retail equation is … Change”. It is ever evolving at a pace that guarantees to be exciting.
