Michelle Lettner has held the role of Vice President, Human Resources at Roots Corporation since 2015. 

At Roots, Michelle is helping to accelerate a transformation through leadership, attracting and developing the best talent while building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation. Under Michelle's leadership, Roots has implemented a number of solutions to optimize their growing workforce through technology, learning and performance management.

Prior to joining Roots, Michelle was Director of Human Resources at Target Canada from 2012-2015 and Director of Human Resources BMW Canada from 1997-2012.  Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University and a Masters degree in Adult Education from University of Calgary and a Human Resources certification from Seneca college.
