Hardeep Kharaud

With more than 30 years of experience, Hardeep Kharaud, SVP Market Merchandising and Promotions, is a seasoned retail professional with deep knowledge of supply chain, merchandising and promotions, and a passion for customer-centric solutions based on data and analytics.

He began his Loblaw career as a student and has since held various roles of increasing responsibility including Engineering Analyst; Senior Manager, Facility Design and Implementation; Director, Operational Improvement, Alternative Flows; Vice President, Replenishment; and Senior Vice President, Supply Chain where he was responsible for Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart Replenishment and Retail Facing Support.

In addition to his responsibilities as the SVP, Market Merchandising and Promotions, Hardeep chairs Loblaw’s internal Plastic Steering Committee which has a mandate to reduce the negative environmental impact of the plastic we use.

Hardeep holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University.
