
Graham Heuman is a Research and Insights Associate at J.C. Williams Group (JCWG) (external link, opens in new window) . This role encompasses performing custom research for a wide range of clients and providing them actionable recommendations. His practice specialties include retail strategy and innovation, customer experience and journey, and merchandise planning and category management.
Graham is a graduate of the Retail Management program at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University and studied luxury business management and international business at SKEMA Business School in Sophia Antipolis, France.
Prior to joining J.C. Williams Group, Graham worked his way from a part-time sales associate to various other roles in the retail industry including sales, visual merchandising, and management.
Graham aims to bring his retail management education, store-level retail, and consulting experiences to the Program Advisory Council to help shape the School of Retail’s curriculum to remain relevant to the industry and to provide students support as they transition from student to young professionals. As a graduate of the program, Graham is always looking for ways to give back to the school that played an instrumental role in his transition into the retail consulting industry.
