Court & Studio Bookings
Students, staff and community members may reserve RAC Studio II and Squash Courts, pending availability.
How to Make a Reservation
TMU students and members: Use your TMU Recreation Portal (external link)
Community members without an active membership: Community members must pay for a day pass at the RAC Front Desk. A customer service staff can then book an available Studio 2 booking slot for them.
Booking Policy
Students and Members are able to book Studio 2 one day in advance through the
TMU Recreation Portal (external link, opens in new window) and up to 2 one-hour slots per day.
What to do once we've booked:
- Before using Studio 2, you must check-in at the RAC Front Desk.
- The blinds must be kept open at all times for safety and security.
- Make sure to leave the studio tidy and organized when you're done.
- Please note that front desk staff are unable to make bookings on the same day unless you are purchasing a day/guest pass.
- If you are unable to attend your Studio 2 booking, please cancel your timeslot at least 5 minutes ahead of the booking time. This will allow others to use the space.
- Squash courts can be booked for one hour time slots and are available up to 6 days in advance. Courts are available free of charge to all students and members.
- We do not lend racquets, so please bring your own. Squash balls can be purchased at the RAC front desk for $4.42 + HST.
