The TMU Community Running Club, is the perfect place for students, staff, and faculty who want to stay active, make new friends, and explore the city — one step at a time.

Whether you're just starting your running journey or you’ve been racking up miles for years, all experience skill levels welcomed. There is no skills required,  just a positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a supportive, inclusive and uplifting group that shares your enthusiasm for movement and wellness.
