Calisthenics Club

TMU Calisthenics club is to learn and utilize skills to build muscle, strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance. Calisthenics Club is inclusive to individuals of all skill levels— whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced calisthenics enthusiast, exercises can be tailored to your skill level to achieve amazing skills. Our club aims to foster a welcoming, connected and stronger community through the sport of calisthenics. Within the club, you can expect to learn from other calisthenics athletes, connect and workout with fellow members, and gain knowledge through information sharing.
