Karate Club

Courage – Intensity – Focus. The TMU Karate Club teaches a unique blend of Okinawan Karate and Japanese Jiujutsu called Wado-Kai.  We are a community of students who are focussed on self-defence, physical fitness, and mental resilience to support personal growth.  Students will learn how to integrate strikes, kicks and blocks with joint locks, pressure points and throws to create a complete system of self-defence based on the path of harmony.  Everyone is welcome in this community!
