Michelle is a PhD Student in Media and Design Innovation at The Creative School. Her research interests focus on the link between delivering defining experiences for female sports fans and an organization's user-centric approach to design innovation. She is currently exploring the successful creation of defining moments in a hybrid stadium environment where fans experience digital and physical moments during professional live sporting events.
