Dr. Jenn Lee is an assistant professor in the School of Nutrition at Toronto Metropolitan University and a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario. Her research program focuses on examining environmental factors like nutrition policies that can shape our diets and dietary behaviours, and developing communication tools that can promote healthier diets among Canadians. She has a wide breadth of experience in nutrition research, including energy balance, exercise physiology, dietary assessment, nutrient profiling models and knowledge synthesis.
