Frances Okoye

As an immigrant graduate student, Frances believes she can bring a unique perspective to the committee and the process that other members may not consider. This role is important to Frances as it is an opportunity to have an active part in the realignment of the university's image with its values in ways that could inspire the action of other institutions in their commitment to Truth and Reconciliation. Having served on various other committees, Frances recognizes the importance of approaching the process with an open mind and respect for the values and views of other members.
