Student Wellbeing Peer Support
Student Wellbeing offers both group and individual peer support to all TMU students: a space to share, feel understood, and learn skills for life which will prepare you to navigate difficult times. Book an appointment

Need help right now? Good2Talk (external link, opens in new window)  is a free, confidential, mental health support service for Ontario post-secondary students available 24/7/365.  Students can access private support in 100+ languages by calling 1-866-925-5454 or by text “GOOD2TALKON” to 686868.

For emergency medical or mental health response, please dial 911 or go to your local hospital. Alternatively, get help by calling a local crisis line.
