Block Enrolment

Block enrolment is a useful tool that lets you create blocks of students and/or classes that can use to perform an enrolment request.

• If you want to enrol, drop or swap multiple students into one or more classes, you can create a Student Block.
• If you want to enrol, drop or swap one or more students into multiple classes, you can create a Class Block.

Rather than having to process an enrolment request for each student and/or class, you can process one enrolment request for the whole block.

Block enrolment is available from Records and Enrolment on the Main Menu.

Block Enrolment Options

There are three options available in this menu.

Block Enrol Merge

Use this option to merge class and student blocks and process the enrolment request.

Create Class Block

Use this option to create groups of classes to use in block enrolment.

Create Student Block

Use this option to create groups of students to use in block enrolment.
