Dr. Jean Li

Jean Li holds a PhD in Near Eastern Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, with a specialization ancient Egyptian Art and Archaeology. She is an Associate Director of the el-Hibeh, Egypt Project. Her research interests include material constructions of identity, gender and the roles and status of women in first millennium BCE Egypt.
