The West Africa Regional Hub met to discuss recruitment considerations for the region. The discussion focussed on balancing gender across participants, considering different skill profiles(ex. High skill - Low Skill), gathering information from country reports and the general transit of migrants. The discussion concluded with participants agreeing on a selected number amount of interviews as well as locations for the region.
