With 20 years of experience, Michelle Holland is a seasoned leader in public sector transformation and innovation. Currently serving as Director of Public Sector in Management Consulting at CGI, Michelle brings a wealth of expertise in driving strategic initiatives and delivering impactful solutions for government organizations. Before joining CGI, Michelle spent nearly a decade as a City Councillor for the City of Toronto, where she championed technological advancements and innovation across municipal governance.

As Chief Advocate for the Innovation Economy, Michelle spearheaded the creation and execution of Toronto's technology and innovation portfolio, positioning the city as a leader in digital transformation. With a strong foundation in both provincial and municipal government, Michelle is committed to empowering public sector organizations to embrace new technologies, improve service delivery, and create value for citizens.
