Jane Yuen

Head of Enterprise Channels, leading a team of over 4,300 across Contact Centres, Client Care, and Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement, that maximizes synergies as we modernize operations and implement innovative strategies to serve our clients.

Since joining CIBC in 2014, Jane has held progressively senior roles within technology teams spanning across retail and business banking. Before joining Enterprise Channels, she was Senior Vice President, Personal and Business Banking Technology where she led the technology team to deliver products, services, and advice to drive digital transformation and exceptional client experiences. Prior to CIBC, Jane held various retail banking positions at BMO Bank of Montreal, including Chief Operating Officer for Bank of Montreal Mortgage Corporation. 

Jane was previously the CIBC Honorary Chair for the Weekend to Conquer Cancer in support of the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. 

Jane holds an MBA from University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in both Engineering and Biochemistry from Queen’s University. 

Jane lives in Toronto with her husband and two children.
