
Diljot Chhina
Diljot is a data and analytics professional with over 10 years of experience across startups, agency, retail and now big-tech. She is currently a Measurement Lead at Google where she leads adoption at scale for Google's experimentation products for clients across retail, telco, banking and B2B. Prior to Google, Diljot was leading the ecommerce analytics team at Aritzia. By education, Diljot went to the University of Waterloo for Biotech & Economics, completed her Masters of Management Analytics at Queen's Smith School of Business and recently completed a Certificate in Data Science from MIT through Great Learning.
Her focus in her day to day work is based on distilling complex and technical information into insights that build activations that support revenue optimization. Diljot has extensive experience in data leadership, distilling statistical analyses into executive level presentations, and data storytelling. Outside of work, she commits her time to support the Women in STEM and newcomer communities through mentorship and speaking at conferences.
