Alysse Anderson
VP eCRM Enablement, CIBC
Alysse is a technologist at heart with a creative lens. She started her career in the creative industry across film/tv and music, moving into FinTech and Financial Services for the last 15+ years at CIBC. She started as a frontline representative on the phones and is now a Vice-President of ECRM Enablement. She leads this team supporting CIBC's innovation and digitization of tools and platforms used by 23K users across frontline team members to sell, serve, and advise clients in retail banking and wealth.
Alysse remains connected to the art community. She is also a board member of Black Artists Network & Dialogue (BAND) working to achieve greater visibility and opportunity to emerging black artists in our communities.
