Why did you decide on the Ted Rogers MBA program?
I selected the Ted Rogers MBA program to address gaps in my professional journey. While conducting a global talent review, I identified the crucial need for a long-term strategy for international expansion. Recognizing the challenges SMEs face in affording major consulting firms for this purpose, I envisioned establishing a consultancy to guide these companies through the complexities of global growth. The Ted Rogers MBA's consulting-focused curriculum and notable alumni success in case competitions align seamlessly with my career aspirations. The program's strategic courses, such as "Managing Customer Value" and "Business Analytics for Managers," complement my HR business partner background. The unique networking opportunities at Bay Street offered by the program further enhance my preparedness for a successful career transition
