With a decade of experience across multiple ministries and agencies, including the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of the Attorney General, and Treasury Board Secretariat, she has led multi-million-dollar IT initiatives, optimized government operations, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in public service delivery.
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in both Business Law and Business Technology Management, Monika combines legal, business, and technology expertise to navigate complex policy challenges. Passionate about bridging the gap between policy and technology, she is committed to creating more accessible, efficient, and citizen-centric government services through digital modernization.

I chose the Ted Rogers MBA for its practical, industry-focused approach and emphasis on innovation, strategy, and technology management—key drivers of digital transformation in the public sector.
