Andrea is an experienced marketing and communications leader with a strong background in developing and executing multi-channel brand and product campaigns. What really excites her is working as part of a team to solve problems, build relationships, engage customers, and contribute to the success of an organization. She has strong analytical skills and enjoys using the power of data to inform decisions. A lifelong learner, she is always looking for courses and programs to keep her skills current and expand her knowledge. In her current role she is working on a sustainability portfolio, which has taught her a lot about ESG issues, specifically how organizations focusing on sustainability can successfully balance bottom-line results with other key factors, including impacts on society and the environment. The more she has learned about this area the more she wants to raise awareness of ESG issues and lead initiatives to get people engaged to build a more equitable and sustainable world for all members of society.

Why did you decide on the Ted Rogers MBA program? 

I chose the Ted Rogers MBA program for several reasons. I was initially attracted to the excellent value it provided from an ROI perspective and its growing reputation as a great business program. Then, as I learned more about the program's curriculum, I was drawn to its focus on performance and wellbeing as a socially responsible leader. I am excited to take these foundational leadership courses as well as electives on data analytics, entrepreneurship, and brand management.
