I think that future technologies will help to remove some of the more repetitive tasks that are often seen as less enjoyable, freeing up time and resources to focus on high-value work. I also believe technology will aid in untethering us from our rigid workstations, enabling a healthier workspace.
From a governance perspective, businesses should prioritize the human benefits of technology such as experience, resilience and trust over strictly business-focused outcomes like scale and efficiency.
