Osmud Rahman
Osmud Rahman is an Associate Professor in the School of Fashion at Toronto Metropolitan University, Canada. His research interests are fashion culture, consumer behaviour, fashion design, body image and identity, popular culture and subculture, and sustainability. His work has been published in various journals including, Fashion Theory, Fashion Practice, International Journal of Design, The Design Journal, Journal of Intercultural Communication Research, Journal of Fashion Marketing and Management, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services. He serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Fashion Marketing and Management. Currently, he is involved in a research project on fashion consumption and the aging population in Canada: issues related to shopping behaviour, consumer well-being, social perception, identity, and physiological and psychological needs.
