Why Digital Media?
I have always been interested in storytelling through experience. After graduating from my Bachelors of Interior Design, I realized I craved more ways to communicate and explore different experiences visually and spatially. I participated in installations and research projects but there was still a gap in my technical knowledge about AR/VR and UX/UI. MDM gives me a chance to create and explore the technology to give me a more effective ways to communicate and tell the stories I want to tell. I hope that by the end of this program I will be able to envision the futures of the built environment and apply new and innovative ideas to my professional practice.
