Biography

Qianqi has a degree in New Media studies from the University of Toronto, where she gained massive knowledge and practical experience in video production and UI/UX design. In addition to painstaking efforts in academics, she used to make full use of all her spare time to partake in multifarious practical projects and take diverse internships for accumulating practical knowledge from multiple perspectives in social media management, digital marketing and advertising.

Qianqi discovered her passion for digital interactive installation and wearable products after her graduation, after her study, she creates wearable AR glasses for Alzheimer's. with the power of design, she hopes to contribute to vulnerable groups in society and make more inclusive designs. She wishes to use design thinking and her skills in UI/UX design, to improve the living conditions for the physically disabled or mentally yield people in her local communities, so there will be a better inclusive environment for everyone.

Why Digital Media?

I learned various technologies and kept implementing experiments to explore the possible interactions between users and products. What really excites me from these experiences is that there is still a lot of content and connections in the world waiting for me to explore.
