Biography

Maggie Peng is a UI/UX designer currently based in Vancouver with a background in anthropology & psychology. Before transitioning to UI/UX, Maggie was a marketing specialist and graphic designer. While facilitating Design Thinking workshops at the University of Rochester, she discovered her passion for UX. As a self-taught designer, Maggie believes that learning is a mindset. She loves combining her visual design skills with Design Thinking to build creative and human-centered products that improve user experience and facilitate user engagement.

Why Digital Media?

Our world is shaped by digital media. As an interdisciplinary designer, Maggie joined the Master of Digital Media program to explore the potentials of digital media, broaden her horizons, and elevate her competence in creative problem-solving.
