Biography

Jeong is a passionate digital product designer, illustrator, and coder with 5-year professional training and 3-year working experience by 2021. He benefited a lot from his bachelor's degree in which he developed his understanding of human-centered design discipline and professional skills such as Graphic design, 3D modeling, and manufacturing knowledge. Before pursuing his master's degree, he worked as a UX designer in Beijing during which he worked closely with developers and product managers to produce various digital products including mobile apps, desktop web apps, and websites. Apart from UI/UX, he also specializes in creating vector illustrations and graphic design. He created a series of illustrations for the 2021 MDM industry Day Show. He not only has a passion for the design field but is also keen on learning the technology behind the screen. Thus, he learned web technology and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, python, and C# by himself. He explored his potential and applied all his knowledge in UI/UX, storytelling, visual design, and programming to his MDM MRP and created a turn-based puzzle video game. Why Digital Media? Jeong hopes to challenge himself and apply his previous knowledge to a more broad area. MDM provides both theoretical and practical approaches which allow him to explore his potential and help him to get to the next level.
