Biography
I am a former Ryerson student, who completed the Business Technology Management program. During my studies, I uncovered my love for design and user experience. As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, it is my responsibility to ensure solutions will meet user needs in an efficient and understandable way. To ensure that I know the basics and following my interests, I completed 2 courses: UX Design Techniques: Analyzing User Data and UX Foundations: Research. These courses allowed me to analyze user needs and enforce requirements that were more important for external users rather than developers. With an extensive background in business and technology, I value leadership, creativity, honesty, and ethics.
Outside of the classroom, I am the creator and owner of Arts and Crafts Youtube Channel. The main purpose of the channel is to encourage people to be creative and make art without sophisticated tools and knowledge. The channel has 4 playlists and the intended audience is anyone who wants to try and learn tips and tricks when it comes to DIY art.
Why Digital Media?
My intention to pursue graduate studies is to improve my entrepreneurial skillset and understanding of how digital media impacts decision making. I know that this program will enable me to improve online brands and become an even better Product Manager.
