Biography

Katy is a recent RTA Media Production graduate who was hungry to learn more about the digital media realm. During her undergraduate education, she focused a lot of her work and studies in digital marketing, and design. Ever since she was a young child, she had a fascination for the arts, and both her parents were very supportive of that. This has translated into the creative woman that she is today! 

In the last few years of her study, she developed a newfound interest and passion for interaction design. This is a bit of a pivot from her usual digital marketing expertise, and most of her work experience is in the digital marketing field as well. 

In her spare time, she likes to play volleyball, workout, watch anime, play with her dog, crochet, and take care of her plants! 

Why Digital Media?

Through the MDM, Katy hopes to gain all the knowledge and experience that she needs to launch her interactive design career. Digital media is an ever growing field that every industry will eventually be immersed in, and she wants to be part of that movement.
