Biography:
I grew up with the constant presence of two subject: Arts and Computer. The computer element started with playing games and grew into taking CIW program courses, creating web pages on front page, using adobe flash, dream weaver and premier to studying computer science as my high school focus and wandering around my father's ITS company. And when i wasn't doing all the things mentioned, i would be sketching, taking art classes or having a caricature teacher and finally deciding i loved Arts %1 more than computers and attempting to get a degree in that field.
During my art administration studies i realized what i love is creativity and connecting with people, as a result my perspective changed. It created a new reasoning based solely on creativity and the importance of differentiating individual values and expressions. I came up with a formula “Everyone is creative, how creativity is measured between individuals is based on how well they can communicate and express their ideas and thoughts to the observer.” As i continued my studies, i have found the importance of interactive installations and UI/UX design, and i have been pursuing this concept through my projects and researches.
Why Digital Media?
It's everything i love: Tech + Creativity. As the tech industry grows and our lives become more digital, people become more cautious. My goal is to create tools and experiences where the use of these new technologies doesn't jeopardize our social interactions, the community and what makes us human.
