Biography:
My name is Gus Yacin. I have obtained my bachelor degree in Art from Western University with double majors in Media Information & Technoculture and Art History and Studio Arts. As part of my study in the university, I took classes that covered film, photography, animation, web design, drawing, sculpture, and exhibition. To advance my skills in VFX, motion graphic, and editing, I took a one-year certification in Visual Effects and Editing for Contemporary Media from Fanshawe College. My education at Western University, Fanshawe College and experience gave me extensive knowledge of compositing, editing, and design.
During my study, I worked at Western University as Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor for a year and eight months. My intermediate skills in Adobe Aftereffects and nuke and advanced skills in Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop helped me in producing high-quality matte painting, motion graphics and feature films. Also, I was working for ten years in Dubai at architectural company as Designer. In this company, I Used AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3d Max and other software to create a 3D rendering and 2D & 3D drawings for Architecture and interior design.
