Zachary Green is General Counsel in the Constitutional Law Branch of the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario, where he represents Ontario in constitutional cases before all levels of court.  He holds a B.A. (Hon) from the University of Toronto, an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia, an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, and a Baking Arts certificate from George Brown College.  Zachary has argued many constitutional cases in the Supreme Court of Canada including Carter v. Canada (Attorney General), 2015 SCC 5, Trinity Western University v. Law Society of Upper Canada, 2018 SCC 33 and Ontario (Attorney General) v. G, 2020 SCC 38.  With two other constitutional lawyers, Zachary plays in the New Wave cover band Version Control.
