Padraic Ryan is counsel at the Ministry of the Attorney General’s Constitutional Law Branch, where he represents the Government of Ontario at all levels of court in litigation concerning the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Ontario Human Rights Code, and the constitutional division of powers. He holds a B.A. (Hons.) from Carleton University and a J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Padraic served as a law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada and the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
