Oneal Banerjee
Oneal Banerjee is Counsel at Dolden, and is based in its Toronto office. His practice focuses on class actions and complex commercial insurance disputes, including product liability, construction, professional negligence, sexual abuse, and directors and officers liability litigation. He was Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2003. Oneal has a multijurisdictional practice and will be signing the Roll in Saskatchewan in 2024.
Oneal has litigated virtually every sort of insurance dispute over his career. He is on the Board of Directors of the Toronto Lawyers’ Association and a member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Insurance Law Section Executive.
