
Jennifer MacInnis
With over 20 years of experience practicing intellectual property and corporate commercial law in the public sector, Jennifer MacInnis currently provides strategic advice and guidance on commercial agreements, policy development, governance and privacy to the TMU community as the Associate General Counsel.
An expert in intellectual property, commercialization and technology transfer, she has facilitated the licensing and transfer of numerous inventions and technologies from Universities to the market, and has both created and guided start-up companies from creation though to profitability. Jennifer earned her LL.M. from Osgoode University, her LL.B. from Queens University and an M.S. from City University of New York.
