Kevin Fernandes
Kevin Fernandes is an Associate Partner at KMB Law and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups.
Kevin’s practice includes purchase and sale (asset and share) transactions, corporate matters, professional client corporate services, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations. After earning both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Queen’s University, he earned his Juris Doctor with a specialization in Business Law at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Kevin has also completed the Osgoode Certificate in Canadian Securities Law and Practice through Osgoode Hall Law School.
Outside of the office, Kevin plays and watches hockey, baseball and golf.
